Well I've noticed the dollar store has lots of makeup brands for you know, a dollar. Lots of my friends say the dollar store make-up is really bad for your skin. Should I go with just the name brands like L'Or?al or Urban Decay or just buy everythingthere?

Don't go for dollar store makeup. It's cheap and might affect your skin! You don't know what ingredients they use so go forL'Oreal.

What products are you inquiring about?
I've heard some ladies say they love shadows and lippies from the dollar store, but I personally would never trust face make up from the dollar store as they generally use cheapingredients.

Cheaper makeup tends to have more chemicals in them... I would just stick with the brands you know:)

I've bought makeup from the dollar store before and have never had a problem. My local one carries NYC, Maybelline, ELF, Covergirl. I say you will not know until youtry.

If its brands sold in regular main-line stores its perfectly harmless. My local Family Dollar carries Wet n Wild, Maybelline and Covergirl and sometimes Loreal. And a lot of it is currentreleases.

Dangggg Maybelline for a dollar, whattt? the only makeup that is sold at my dollar store is the piece of old crap you'd literally find in the 80's. Oh and some of L.A lip gloss and that'sit.

Urban decay rocks but I have some dollar store lipsticks that work really well and are very pigmented I got them from dollar tree you can also use crayons to make your own if youwant.
