Why is document delivery service calling me? ›

Delivery service companies (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc) and private couriers rarely call prior to delivering a package or letter. So, if you receive a call like this, don't worry. Delete the message, and DO NOT call them back. This is a SCAM.
